DESCRIPTION: This week it’s part two of our epic conversation with genius screenwriter David Koepp, who wrote “Mission: Impossible.” In this part, we talk about the train climax and how contentious it was, why he doesn’t enjoy doing sequels, several further unrealized reunions with Brian De Palma, and of course his great new Audible original story “Yard Work” (narrated by Kevin Bacon). This is a whole lot of fun. Released October 16th, 2020.

SHOW NOTES: Check out David’s incredible script archive. You can find info about his other work on his website.

David’s Audible original “Yard Work" is available now, as is his novel “Cold Storage.”

We talk about the documentary “De Palma” in this episode, which is currently on Netflix in the U.S. You can find other places to stream it here.
